WE ARE IN THE PARABLE OF THE 10 VIRGINS
""The Kingdom of Heaven at that time will be like ten bridesmaids who took their lamps and went out to meet the groom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were sensible. 3 The foolish ones took lamps with them but no oil, 4 whereas the others took flasks of oil with their lamps. 5 Now the bridegroom was late, so they all went to sleep. 6 It was the middle of the night when the cry rang out, ‘The bridegroom is here! Go out to meet him!’ 7 The girls all woke up and prepared their lamps for lighting. 8 The foolish ones said to the sensible ones, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ 9 ‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both you and us. Go to the oil dealers and buy some for yourselves.’ 10 But as they were going off to buy, the bridegroom came. Those who were ready went with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut. 11 Later, the other bridesmaids came. ‘Sir! Sir!’ they cried, ‘Let us in!’ 12 But he answered, ‘Indeed! I tell you, I don’t know you!’ 13 So stay alert, because you know neither the day nor the hour." - - Matthew 25: 1-13 CJB
" 1-5 “God’s kingdom is like ten young virgins who took oil lamps and went out to greet the bridegroom. Five were silly and five were smart. The silly virgins took lamps, but no extra oil. The smart virgins took jars of oil to feed their lamps. The bridegroom didn’t show up when they expected him, and they all fell asleep. 6 “In the middle of the night someone yelled out, ‘He’s here! The bride-groom’s here! Go out and greet him!’ 7-8 “The ten virgins got up and got their lamps ready. When everyone who was there to greet him had gone into the wedding feast, the door was locked. 11 “Much later, the other virgins, the silly ones, showed up and knocked on the door, saying, ‘Master, we’re here. Let us in.’ 12 “He answered, ‘Do I know you? I don’t think I know you.’ 13 “So stay alert. You have no idea when he might arrive. " - - Matthew 25: 1-13 MSG
Take heart, and know; that we are in times similar to the story of the 10 virgins.
Similar to what we are seeing today, there are 5 wise virgins; who kept their lamps filled with oil, and there are 5 foolish virgins, who continued to spend their oil rather than preserving it for a very special occasion.
This is what is taking place! Yahweh has met us, and many who did not keep lighting their lamps are confused; wondering what happened and what is taking place.
The oil signifies a continued seeking of the heart of the father, Yahweh; for what He is doing and how He intends to do it. A type of Watching, for His hand to be displayed.
After much prayer, after much intercession; He responds, but never in the way man thinks or wants, for He alone is God, and chooses whomsoever and whatever He desires to help bring the full answer to your prayers.
The times of Herod were also quite full of turmoil, causing there to be a people, a remnant; to seek Yahweh in changing the atmosphere and spiritual climate. The answer to their prayers, was in addition to the fullness of time and the tipping of the bowl of intercession of the saints, was Mary; mother of Jesus.
The sheer disturbance into the ways and order of man was clearly shown by Mary.
This is an example, of when God moves and intervenes; it will not make you comfortable, it will not even be 'kosher' so to say.
Yahweh chose many different types of people and situations to get His points across throughout the centuries of human history. How He moves shows you His character and a critical point that we must all receive and accept; He is greatly moved by the heart of a man or the heart of a woman who chooses Him and His ways over their fears and everything else in between. (See Luke 1: 26 - 38 NKJV and MSG)
None of us, no matter how long we have 'known' or 'heard' of a person, place, thing or situation; knows what is being spoken in their heart as much as their creator Yahweh.
Let's rebuke and bind up the Spirit of Judgement and Religion, and stand in agreement with the Spirit of Love and Advancement; for these are requirements in being in His Kingdom, the Kingdom of Heaven's culture displayed beautifully on Earth.
