Adaptation vs Transformation Part 1
"2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." -- Romans 12:2 NKJV
"...Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. ..." -- Romans 12:2 MSG
We live in a world that says, 'Adapt. Have fun with us! This isn't bad. Be what WE want you to be.'
But what is that exactly?
The fruits of this world are evident and clear; but the rest, that will truly help you see the truth - - remains hidden until exposed.
The world, is patterned after the opposite of the Kingdom of Heaven. In very subtle ways, it concerns itself with stealing, killing and destroying your soul, your inheritance, your body, your mind - - your very identity.
This world cares not for absolute truth, nor does it give any true peace.
So what do we put our focus on? What will really give us peace? What will really assure us, ground us, develop us and ground us?
Being exactly that.
Not being conformed into the fake molds the world greatly desires to force you into by going against the true identity Yahweh had in mind for you when He knitted you in your mother's womb; but being Transformed by the Renewing of your Mind in Him.
What does this mean?
This means, you will have to make a choice, and step out of the definitions and patterns of the world; and choose to be led by Holy Spirit.
Your true mind is not your brain! It is your heart.
"Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life." -- Proverbs 4:23 NKJV

Being transformed daily by the renewing of your mind in Him, means to constantly fill yourself with Him - - and this happens by having an intimate relationship with Him, where you are able to speak with Him Freely about what pains you, what agonizes you, to what even terrifies you. This also, helps you to build a new level of understanding that He can truly be trusted with You, for He is God; and His concern is always you!
Intimacy with Him; is where you keep nothing that concerns you from Him.
It is likened to what He intended for marriage; where the husband or the wife never keeps anything from one another, because this helps define trust - - as well as helps each other begin to fully know that they are accepted in HIS love, not in our own strength, for marriage cannot be successful without HIS love.
When you do this; He will pour out who He truly is on you, and you will be transformed, day by day by day.
Let HIM guide you.

How do I do this? How do I hear Him?
Unplug from the world daily. Turn it off. Then seek Him. Turn your full attention to Him. Everything that is on your heart, say it to Him. Holy Spirit may lead you to turn away from something that was not to your benefit, that you may have agreed with; and He will help you come into agreement with that area that was not of Him.
Put your mind, heart, soul and body to earnestly seek after Him.
Unplugging from the world may mean going into a prayer closet where all other distractions are minimized, or as simple as taking a walk, or going to a park or another quiet place where you are not likely to be disturbed.
If you think you are likely to be disturbed, ask Him to help you make a plan to put into action, even if it is spontaneous to meet with Him.
Also ask for His assistance by sending protection so you can meet with Him undisturbed for the amount of time He will meet with you without enemy interceptions.
Now, is a time, that we must be transformed by the renewing of our minds.

We must come into agreement with where He wants to take us, and we must be even closer to Him to attain the amount of wisdom needed to navigate this season and the ones to follow.
The Kingdom of Heaven, requires all of us to build it!
He is waiting for you.
Will you meet Him?
