FORGIVENESS

Many of us battle with Forgiveness; whether or not we should agree with it, because we see in our current state of mind as it being something impossible equal to the degree of the wrong done unto you. However, Unforgiveness; is a strong and damaging spirit, that can rob you from everything under the sun - - anywhere from your joy to your peace of mind to your vision to your destiny. It is a strong spirit - - if it is allowed to rule within you.

Consider this; you are seeking, praying and asking God for a thing and you hear no answer - - ask him to show you if there is any Unforgiveness or bitter-root structures that needs to be dealt with. For example; say in seeking, praying and asking God for answers to a problem or for Him to provide something you need, you continue to harp or meditate on how wrong, cruel or evil that person or situation was to you - - you are dealing with Unforgiveness, and it will continue to take territory in you.

This territory that it can take for example can be your vision, utterance, joy, peace of mind, finances, prosperity, laughter - - as long as there is not a choice to repent of unforgiveness, this spirit has legal right to occupy you and literally suck the life out of you and every area of you (Businesses, Marriages, Child/Parent Relationships, Ministries, Endeavors, Vision, Peace of Mind, Spirit of Freedom, Utterance [Prophetic Tongue], and Laughter & Joy are BIG indicators because it is usually one of the first things that leaves when Unforgiveness tries to take up residence in you).

(Remember - - Repentance is simply telling God "Lord, I turn away from Unforgiveness concerning [fill in the blank with the person's name or the situation that hurt you] and choose to forgive. Please forgive me for allowing Unforgiveness to rule in me."

Then we follow it up with Renouncing [telling the Spirit of Unforgiveness to go and that you no longer stand in agreement with it], and finished with Reclamation ["I now take back what the Lord has given unto me: my joy, my peace of mind, my laughter, my vision, my destiny, etc."] for complete deliverance against Unforgiveness.)

I will give you a point of view that makes Forgiveness very much so possible. This is ESPECIALLY helpful to those who have been greatly wounded and hurt by someone that they didn't see coming - - like a betrayal for instance by a friend, family member or person who you thought would never turn on you.

Ask Holy Spirit to do this for you: Shut down your mind, Put you in a place where you will not be disturbed or alone time for a while, and to have a Still & Quiet place - - no loud music or distractions, or just having the ability to shut out every outside noise by focusing on Him or putting on some noise-cancelling headphones. Begin to open yourself to Him, and continue resisting the enemy and his lies in the process. (The enemy may try to come at you with these lies to try to stop you from being free of Unforgiveness because his mission is to keep you bounded. Follow the Lord who's heart's desire is that you live in Freedom.)

After doing this; ask God to show you what happened in this person that has caused them to wrong you, and to show you how He sees them and to align your heart with His vision of them.

The last sentence is very, very powerful. When you do this, and open yourself to hearing what REALLY has happened in their life, that would cause them to go down a path that eventually hurt you. Take note, that when He begins to show you these things; it will be sobering, to the point that His love will begin to rise within you that greatly wishes for that person who Hurt you to know His love for them in a greater measure. Suddenly, the person who hurt you no longer is a monster; no longer is an evil influence in your life; but a person who is greatly broken and wounded, and requires the Father's love for them. Please hear me when I tell you; this post is very powerful. This understanding of seeing what led to them hurting you by seeing their hurt, and what happened to them, helps you in turn respond in love. Not in the cruel way that they were treated nor the way they treated you in that instance(s).

I believe, that being in this new move called the Kingdom of Heaven; we really are called to radically love our brothers and sisters, and rebuke offense and woundings that would keep not only us but every member involved in some sort of bondage. God will show you not only the effect their offense has been on you; but the greater effect of Unforgiveness on THEIR life.

Ask yourself, and truly dig down deep within yourself: Do you really want to see that person so miserable? Do you really want to see that person in pain? Do you really want to see that person in anguish?

Vengeance is the Lords'. We are called to love. And sometimes; God's method of vengeance is love. Great, all powerful, all consuming; love.

This is not an easy topic, nor a easy thing to do because Forgiveness is a process that you have to go through with Holy Spirit's guidance so you truly have no alts when that person's name is mentioned, nor do you want to see any harm come to them because that is what the Father wants for all of us.

A sign that you are doing well in your process in forgiveness is when you can say that person's name and pray that they are consumed all the more with His love, plan and purpose for their life. When you think of that person and you think good thoughts just as the Lord thinks good thoughts towards them. Also, when you can breathe again. The air is crisp, the atmosphere at peace, and you have found contentment - - true contentment residing in the beautiful way the Kingdom of Heaven operates.

Therefore, let's start the journey of breaking free from Unforgiveness today. If you have already started, then continue your journey; don't give up! Forgiveness is not dependent upon the other person; it is dependent on you CHOOSING to forgive. This Greatly pleases the Father - - to operate in His love.

Many, many, many blessings in many areas of your life and the life/lives of those that hurt you will begin to take shape for the better - - even tangible manifestation! Know this; when the wall of Unforgiveness is knocked down, there is no telling the amount of good things that have been held up--even for centuries past when dealing with inheritance--will begin to rain down and overtake you. Truly, it will get better. Take a step. Then take another.
